《現貨》商品約 2 工作天陸續出貨 (不含國定假日及例假日)

《預購》商品約 10-12 工作天陸續出貨 (不含國定假日及例假日)

商品結帳後,請留意取件e-mail。實際出貨時間仍將依訂單量調節,可能提前或延後。

包裹寄出後,請留意手機來信,系統會自動發您一組包裹編號,您可登入會員查詢訂單,複製包裹編號查詢。

For readystock order, your items will be delivered as soon as payment for your order has been registered, within 2 working days.

For backorder, your items will be delivered in the range of 10-12 working days.

Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays. Notifications with tracking information will be sent to your mobile once your item has been shipped.

東馬沙巴/砂拉/納閩 運費 – RM 15 起

新加玻 運費 – SGD 10 起

馬來西亞配送通路:DHL 或 PosLaju 或 Skynet

因各運送公司不定期調整運費之計算方式,故實際將以結帳時所顯示之運費為主。

We do not profit from shipping. Your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by the courier company. Whereby currently we only engage DHL, PosLaju and Skynet for local delivery.

Shipping fee is charged at;

West Malaysia (Peninsular) – From RM 6 *

East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan) – From RM 15 *

Singapore – From SGD 10 *

Other than the above mentioned – varies

* Shipping fee may be vary based on price adjustment by local courier service from time to time.

* Shipping fee may be vary based on your shipping postcode in East Malaysia.

* For Singapore, the shipping fee will increase based on weight of the shipment.

Shipping costs will be calculated and shown clearly during Checkout session.

購物下單未達免運活動門檻,單筆訂單將酌收普通運費。

You are eligible for free delivery throughout Malaysia when;

  i) Total orders of RM 180 and above | ship to West Malaysia (Peninsular)

  ii) Total orders of RM 360 and above | ship to East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan)

* Free delivery activates automatically during Checkout session based on the the items you added to cart.

官網預購商品經訂單成立後是無法取消或退款。

預購商品依據製作時間、貨物配送、海關檢驗等概估天數,每款商品到貨天數不盡相同,如提早到貨皆會提早出貨,還請留意且見諒。 

預購商品到貨後會和現貨同時間一起寄送。若您想分开发货,請點擊此處聯絡客服信箱,本公司将會酌收额外運費。

※ 若遇預購商品斷貨或是瑕疵嚴重導致不再販售此商品,我們會以信件通知辦理退款服務。

All backorder items are strictly non cancelable/ refundable once the order is being processed.

Backorder items are based on production time, cargo delivery and etc. The number of days for each type of items to arrive is different. We will arrange for delivery as soon as the backorder item arrives.

For orders consist of backorder and readystock item, we will be mailed out together when backorder arrive. Please contact us if you wish to receive ready stock item at first. For this cases, an additional of shipping fee may be included.

※ Backorder might be cancelled due to lack of fabric, insufficient stock arrive. We will notify you via email and full refund will be given in such cases.

Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is shipped.

Estimate Delivery Time (ETA)

 –  West Malaysia (Peninsular) – 1 to 3 days

 –  East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan) – 3 to 5 days

 –  Singapore – 3 to 6 days

※ Delay in delivery time may occurs from time to time due to responsibility of third party courier service whereas you can track your parcel at the “Track and Trace” section below.

Once your item(s) been shipped out, the tracking number shall be sent to your mobile.

You will found the tracking number in your Gothhouse account or enter it on here to track the progress of your order.

※ If you don’t receive the tracking number, please contact us. We will guide you throughout the process.

若快递員无法與您聯絡收件,導致包裹無法順利配送,包裹将寄存在邮局7天等待您亲自上门取件。您可往以下郵局官網在短期內自申請安排重送服務或自行取件。

超過7天期限寄存在邮局的包裹,将会反彈退回于本公司。我們将會酌收额外運費,重新发貨。

退回的包裹如無法於90天內取回或更換本公司將視同為包裹取消

若當下您无法與快递員聯絡收件,并委託他人代签包裹而导致遗失事故,本公司將視同為因你個人因素,絕不承擔此責任。

All parcels will be returned to us if it being left unattended in courier centres after 7 working days. Cost of re-delivery will be borne by you once the parcel is bounced back to us.

You will have ninety (90) days to claim the bounced parcel before it will be deemed as Gothhouse’s property and no compensation will be done as sufficient response time has been given.

You may arrange with the courier services (websites given) for re-delivery or self-collect if the courier service failed to attempt your deliver.

※ We shall not be responsible for lost parcel if proof of postage is supplied therefore we highly recommend that all parcels need to be signed upon receipt.

各國進口關稅標準不同,若領取包裹時,貴國欲收取商品之關稅或偏遠地區另收之費用,需買家自行支付。

Additional import duty fees/taxes which imposed by your local authorities do not included in our shipping fee. Import duty fees/taxes might be imposed and notified when the shipment arrives at your local customs office.
